Ordering & Personalisation
Absolutely! Branding is our speciality. You can upload your business logo or a custom image during checkout to be featured on the inside lid. For larger events, we offer fully bespoke branding, including colour-matched ribbons and labels to perfectly reflect your brand identity.
Personalising your BakeBox is easy. Simply enter your message during the online ordering process. Your recipient will see your note as part of the “inside reveal” when they open their gift, making it a truly unique and thoughtful surprise.
Yes. We frequently include client-provided leaflets, handwritten notes, or business cards. Many of our corporate customers include a QR code to direct recipients to a Google Review page or a specific landing page. Just send them to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Absolutely you can! Typically each BakeBox Gift features our “signature trio of treats”: Triple Chocolate Brownies, Creamy Caramel Shortcake, and Luxury Scottish Tablet. However, if you have a specific preference simply let us know by leaving a note in the comments field at checkout and we can include YOUR favourites.
Delivery & Logistics 📦
Yes, we offer nationwide UK delivery. We can post your BakeBox Gifts directly to you in bulk, or we can handle the entire distribution by posting individually to each recipient (Staff, Clients, Family or Friends). For multiple addresses, simply use our Bulk Order Spreadsheet.
The beauty of our Standard and Mini BakeBoxes is that they are designed to be letterbox-friendly, so no one needs to be home to receive them. Such a welcome surprise to find on their doormat!
Our Bigger BakeBox Gifts, or bulkier orders would require a safe space to leave, but the posties are brilliant at leaving a card if there is no access on the day, for a suitable delivery at a later date.
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day. Royal Mail First Class postage aims to deliver within 1-3 working days, although typically we find they arrive the next working day – Go posties!!
For bespoke or very large corporate orders, we may require a few extra days – please contact us with your timeframe and we will work hard to make the magic happen. During busy periods such as Easter and Christmas, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred postal date.
Corporate & Bulk Gifting 💼
We make corporate gifting effortless. You can order individually online or, for larger sets, download our Bulk Order Spreadsheet and email it to enquiries@BakeBoxGifting.com. We can even keep your branding on file for regular milestone gifts like client onboarding or referral thanks.
Yes, we provide competitive tiered pricing and discounts for large-scale orders. You can find a full list of individual and bulk pricing on our website, or get in touch for a bespoke quote for hundreds of boxes.
There is no minimum order for our Standard, Mini or Bigger BakeBoxes – you can order just one! Our Tablet Treat Boxes have a minimum order of 12 (usually for event favours). Some bespoke customisations, like branded ribbons and fully colour branded labels, may have a small one-off setup fee which we will confirm upfront.
Absolutely! We love helping you celebrate your team! Simply provide us with a list of employee birthdays and addresses via our Bulk Order Spreadsheet, and we will ensure a very special BakeBox Gift is posted out to arrive just in time for their special day.
